Fees
Because everyone's circumstances and needs are unique, we do not have a menu of set fees for specific services—particularly with regard to artist visas.
For most of our services we charge an hourly fee, plus whatever costs and expenses are required. Our currently hourly rate is $400/hour.
For some projects, such as visa petitions, we charge a flat fee to cover all of the time and costs which will be incurred. These are determined on a case-by-case basis and an itemized budget will be presented to you in advance for you approval.
In some instances, we can also agree to accepting a commission for our work on a specific project.
Unless other arrangements are made, further services requested beyond the consultation will be charged at the rate of $400/hour.
Consultations
Our consultation fee is $300.
A consultation is like a doctor’s appointment. We need to examine the patient to determine whether you have pneumonia or just a cold and what treatment to prescribe. Very often, what you think you want, is not, in fact, what you need.
Consultations can be in-person, by zoom, or by phone.
We will use this time to listen, discuss your situation and goals, answer your questions, offer a shoulder to cry on, provide advice and guidance, and suggest future steps or strategies. For many, this may be all you need. As such, like an engagement fee, the consultation fee is non-refundable and non-recoupable.

We cannot provide you with a fee quote or estimate without a consultation.
Every patient is different.
We will work with you to agree upon a fee structure based on your budget, services. and therapy you need.
Once you answer a few questions and submit payment, we will reach out to you within 24 - 48 hours to schedule your appointment.
